The hotel is on a golf course, so bring your clubs if you are interested! You can book a tee time for Friday, October 3, 2025 or early Saturday, October 4, directly with the Eagle Crest Golf Club. There are also other restaurants and bars around the area for those coming in a day early.

While we would love to have everyone join us on our big day, a plus one would not be feasible for the venue space. This is an invite only event.

Yes, however it is $5 for day parking and $15 for overnight. Valet is an additional charge.

Don't stress! You can request early check in. If that is not available, you can leave your bags at the front desk (or wherever you're comfortable) when you arrive and then digitally check in using your phone after the ceremony. That way you can grab your bags and head right up to your room. No need to wait in line!

Ceremony is set to begin promptly at 3:00pm. Therefore, we ask that all of our guests are seated no later than 2:30pm.
